First trip was not good, salesman not interested in me. Went back 3 weeks later and asked for different salesman. Was met by "Quander" top notch and very knowledgeable about market. I too was very inform of market and was pleasantly pleased with his knowledge and that he had been there 7yr, most others only been there months. I'm a tough cookie to sell to, sales manager ended up coming to me as i was leaving and accepted my offer. Be smart about $$, know the best rate before going, they tried to add 2% to rate i could get, BE INFORMED CONSUMERS!
Great sales department. They arranged to pick my husband up from 40 miles away to purchase our vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and they made sure we were taken care of. I recommend giving Glockner a shot for your next Ford purchase
I arrived for my appointment on time and was taken immediately by the service worker. He directed me to the lounge where I had coffee. Shortly he came out to show me the work sheet that verified everything was fine. Both the service manager and the cashier were very efficient and friendly and we had several personal contacts when we started talking. This was my first visit to this service dept. since I am working and needed a Saturday WORKS. I have high mileage on my Explorer, have regular WORKS when needed and have never seen this check sheet. I would highly recommend this service dept. and will be glad to go there again.
As always, Glockner delivers as promised in half the time quoted for the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend.
